Samsung's AI forgot which side of the chat it was on. A customer simply asked to switch his Galaxy S26 Ultra order from T-Mobile to unlocked.
The response was... His own message, copied word for word.
Then came the internal AI instruction telling the system to acknowledge the request and promise to check.
Three typos included. The AI didn't answer the customer.
It accidentally showed the customer its homework.
