Meta is putting limits on how children use Instagram and Facebook.
As part of a reported $17.1B settlement with 29 US states, Meta will introduce a 2-hour daily limit across both apps, with pauses after 15, 60 and 90 minutes and no access from midnight to 6am.
It will also strengthen age checks and parental controls.
