A job application was found with tiny white text telling an AI hiring system to move the candidate to the next round.
The message even told the AI to keep the instruction hidden.
A 2026 study of 200,000 resumes found this trick in about 1% of applications, and it's becoming more common.
It might seem smart...
But it's also a reminder that hiring still needs real people.
